Hello,gta is not working in my pc

HI,my kids just bought one cd of gta sanandreas pc game but it is not working in my pc everytime they install the game and try to run after seconds it would say about some unknown error and will close...can you help.

Hi there, We need to know the actual error message to help figure out whats wrong. Do you know your system specifications? Perhaps the game is too resource intensive to use on your machine.

Thanks for responding,actually the game is working well with someone else's pc which is older one than mine but not running in my pc,I have requested help as I am not so techie..hoping to get it fixed.

hi myl, it is nice to hear that your kids are playing with sanandreas pc game,till now neither my children nor me have played pc games till now,i hope that you will get the right answer from many of mylot friends,so that the problem will be solved,how is the summer there,have a nice day

Thanks,yes my younger son loving this gta games very much,but the problem is they are able to play the same in video parlour but when they buyed a cd to play at home the game is not working properly,till now the problem is not resolved.summer is very very hot here near 50 degree c..so playing at home is the first and last choice.Have good times.
