How to release my bad emotion and to be happy?

Mylotters, how are you? My question is how do you release your bad emotion and to be happy? I found I am not happy these days, and I don't know why, I felt some bad factors drepressed in my heart, but I don't know how to release it? I like to be happy, it's very important for life. Could you please share your experience to me? because I believe everyone should have different lifestyle, thank you.

I have been practising "yoga" mindfulness meditation for over ten years now. This is a very good way to cleanse the mind. As you meditate, things that causes depression disappear, and the mind becomes relaxed and clean. Meditation is very good gor physical and mental health. Meditation will be very helpful to you too to release bad emotions and to gain happiness.

Actually there are several ways to release our emotion and you can try the method i usually use^^ You can go into an empty room, or go for a drive alone, and scream, scream as loudly as you can. Scream the words" i hate" or whatever it is you are feeling. So many people have never screamed out their hurt, their rage. Continue to do t his as long as it feels right inside. Cry, allow yourself to cry your feeling out. If you cannot or don't want scream aloud, imagine you are screaming your rage, hurt, and pain. Imagine it and imagine it. See it, and hear it, and especially feel it as deeply as you can. Why don't you try to take a pillow and keep hitting a chair, your bed or something, feeling your hurt every time you hit that object with the pillow. These are all the ways usually i will use to release my emotion.

i don't know the real reason you felt depressed for?usually,you can try telling to your mother,your best friends,go shopping and buy a lot,eat out and eat a lot,if all above don't work,just try to take a long distance travel,hope these will be your helps

Releasing tensions and bad emotions... Sometime it would help to shout or cry... Talk to someone and confide, pray to God... The last suggestion is the most effective, you will find calmness and peace of mind...

When I feel really bad I simply cry and well sometimes speak out my feeling to those who hurt me. Most of the time I talk to my best friend and tell her everything that had happened although she might not give me a solution to it, the fact that she's there for me already makes me happy. The best so far that I've tried to remove my bad emotion or mood is to eat a lot usually my favorite desserts. It's my way of being happy.

What do you feel depressed for? lovelife? career path? money problems? family or friends? there should be a reason behind why you felt this way, it will be very obvious I'm sure if it causes you pain or discomfort or anger perhaps. But anyway, as you were asking for a solution on how to overcome or release the tension, for me, I talk to God about it. My failures, my mistakes, my circumstances in life that I was hoping for something to happen, when I really needed to wait further on and get money also to solve my problems. I think that these releases my pains as I cry before Him and He gives me comfort when I read His Words in the Scripture. All of us have problems and trials in life. Although I do believe that God can allow us to bear what we can bear. I know that this testing will soon be done and in every problem, there is always a solution.

Well, if ever im on a bad mood or emotion and i want to be happy, i just do the things i love. Like watching movies, action or comedy may suit you or even romance. I also play computer games whenever i feel kinda blue. And what i do most is listen to my favorite songs, sound tripping might ease what you feel and can promote happiness inside you, if you have pets in your home, you can also play with them :)

Make your self busy to other things to stay away your thoughts in the bad things..hang-out!!sing in videoke,dance in bar..
