Those favorite times lingers on and on, on my memory when we, as a younger boys, used to chase the skirts( follow beautiful girls)when seeing a bunch of girls or a beautiful girl we used to exclaim with surprise among ourselves!!!! Whaw, Butterflies, Colors, Stimulants,Beauties, Sexies,Sweeties,Dams, Doves,Softies, Babes,Gilmas,Gate to Heavens, Figure etc...... and I used to call boys, Dan, Pal, Machhi, Ooy, Dude, Buddy, Mate, etccc. How you call, used to call girls and boys.

We call girls chicks, bebot, mi amour, la chikita, booty bouncer, fresh meat, and i can't remember the others. Whenever girls would come by our way we'd shout any of those names and the girls would have an idea we were addressing them. Lol

Sweetie, there is no way i would call either a boy or a girl that names. That is so nasty. I will call them by their name or if i don't know them, i will just ignore them. TATA.

You call me sometimes Samie, and Sandana as Vannie, and even I call you Saphie sometimes, same way you will be calling others too, but you are denying it.

Yes, but i do not call anyone sexy, hot or any of the above mentioned in your discussion. There is a difference you know. TATA.

If it is directly calling, then it is name only. But while talking about them to others, we used to call long hair, black beauty, amitabh's sister (tall), bindu kosh (fat) etc. For boys, we used to say white crow, jumping jack, book worm, Hero (if he is handsome) etc.

When I was younger I called girls chick and I used dude a lot when addressing either gender even though its meant for guys. I didn't really have a word that I used strictly for the boys. Come to think of it I don't think they have many but us females could write a novel with the list of names we are called. lol

hi samson, name callings are usually teenage stuff. here i hear the males calling the females bebot, chiching, langga (beloved), babe.. for the males, the common words are brod and man. mature people call names using mister, miss or mrs. its more formal that way. have a nice day. ann

Im used to address girls with "chicks" or "gals". I got used to it since its the names or words that are so common in our place and is always used by people here :), for the boys, im used to address them with "dude" or "brad" or "bro" or even "man". Im used to this because these are the terms i use when talking to my friends or to even strangers :)

I used to hear girls being called birds or chicks when I was younger but I didn’t call anyone by anything other than their own name. Personally I didn’t like being called a bird or a chick, didn’t find either name particularly flattering. I don’t mean to sound boring but what is wrong with using someone’s name?

it depends on the age. if S/he is a bit older than me then i will call him/her "sir, maam", "aunt or uncle" and "bai, chui, dong" if s/he is about my age. then "dong, day" if s/he is of younger age...
