hi everyone, this is rajesh. i started a discussion with the queries of first aid tricks for heart attacks. but no one responded to me. i don;t know that whether anyone here don't abt them or not intrested in telling them. but i'm requesting everyone again. please listen to me. i want to know some first aid tricks to save anyone's life in emergency. what should we do immediately when any person suddenly gets heart attack at any place? what can we do there immediately if we are not having any medical facilities at the spot? what can we do alone to that person in home or road or anywhere else? anyone please respond to this and help me in saving my family. because recently my grand father got heart attack. ofcourse, now he is safe. but i don't want it to happen again. even if it happens we have to save him at any cost with ur help. any doctors, medical students or any others who know abt them , please respond to this......

Hi rajesh. My name is Casey and I am a graduating nursing student. About your questions.. You need to call 911 or and ambulance immediately if ever your grand father will exhibit signs and symptoms of an incoming heart attack. This includes sudden chest pain or Angina Pectoris for more thatn 15 minutes. But in the case of your grandfather call an ambulance immediately since he had history of a Myocardial infarction or what we call a heart attack. After calling the ambulance, while waiting.. stay with your grandfather so as to reduce anxiety. Let your grandpa lie flat on bed.. and if he had medicine prescribed by his physician such as nitroglycerin.. let him take it.
