i am not against money as a politician but i strongly believe he has a lot to improve himself to fit the position. knowing that manny's education is not that stabilized, i'd rather suggest him to stop boxing and focus on the politics and study more at the same time. he should study more so that he will be useful during congressional meeting. well, we can not serve two masters at a time. besides, how do you like to think that a leader of the province would box in the ring? it seems so inept.it is either he will leave congress and go on boxing or leave boxing for the congress.. what do you think?

I really love Manny as a boxer. You know, he gives pride to the Philippines. Despite the fact that many people didn't want him to run for office, he still carried on. I don't know what got him to run but, having the heart to serve the people is not enough if you don't have the right skills to lead a nation.

i love him also. well, that is why it is called skill because that is learned. thus i am suggesting manny to stop boxing and focus on learning the skills to lead..

According to his mother she said the he could still fight. I think once he beats Mayweather he could consider hanging up his gloves. He has nothing to prove already considering he beat every top contender out there. Once the Mayweather fight is done, he should definitely focus on public service especially being a Congressman in the Sarangani province. He should be able to learn the ropes of legislative service and be able to produce laws out of it.

Hello mark, I don't if he's gonna keep his promise but her mom strongly urge him never to go boxing again because she gets really nervous when ever manny goes into the fight. he should have focus on his business why on earth will he pursue politics, can he just stick to being mayor first, what the heck is he going to do in the legislative area. in there, you use logic and not fist

yeah, i think he just focus on one type of job. i would have preferred him to stay in the boxing arena but i guess he's really hell-bent in going into politics. now that he got his chance (to the dismay i guess of kris aquino hahaha) i just hope he puts his heart into it just like what he did in boxing. i hope he is serious enough, unlike before when he said he'd just sign bills and not make one *gasp*

I think he should just quit being a congressman and just focus on boxing :D I'm really against on his decision to run in congress. Congress is supposed to be filled with people that knew the constitution. Not just someone that has the capability to launch a campaign. But he already won. So I'll just think that as long as he will not turn into a corrupt politician then its ok. He said that he will fight one last time. Hope its KFC. Looking forward to it.

i totally agree that he should stop boxing. he should focus more on his political assignments and study for him to be an effective politician. he has done enough for the boxing world, and it would also be nice for him to retire as a winner, and not retire because of a loss or a knockout to the face. he entered a new world, might as well leave the other and learn how to be good in politics.
