I don't know how international the Mr Men books are, do you know them?

The Mr Men are a wonderful set of small paperback children's books that are really popular in the UK. Do you get these in other countries? If you haven't seen them I would certainly recommend that you try to get them - children just love to have these little books read to them, they are witty, easy to read and beautifully illustrated. There are so many to chose from - my kids loved Mr Tickle and Mr Bump the most. Which do you like?

I don't know if these are popular in other countries or just a British thing. I certainly loved the books and the cartoons on TV as a child and I know my own children liked the books too. I like the way each character has a defining characteristic. I think Mr Small is a favourite of mine.

Yes, weren't they about 50p or something - at least in the 1980s or so? I know if you collected the whole set, there was a picture formed by all the spines being together but I never got all of them. Now there are the Little Misses out too.

Yes! I know of the Mr and Miss books! They're definitely popular here in the U.S. I read them as a child and I know children who have them now. The most recent one I've read is Little Miss Giggles and Little Miss Shy! They have really cute Little Miss and Mr. Birthday books now! They're so cute! Love this series!

Yes I found the Miss and Mr Birthday ones last year, I got them for my grandchildren

I'm not sure how international they are, but I'm British and my au pair family in Germany only heard of them through their previous British au pair. I'm not sure how I feel about the new ones by his son, but the kids seem to like them anyway!
