Good day all!!! I wanted to start a discussion on tips to make extra money from home. These can be tips you've learned through experience, trial and error, or just through learning. Please be honest and straight forward--we have enough scammers in the world we don't need more. Also, tell how long you've worked from home and whether or not its proven rewarding versus working outside the home. Thanks. Happy Discussing, AJ

I have been earning online for 10 plus years. At the start it was frustrating as I was only making a few dollars each week...but as time passed it grew...and now my earnings are good and continue to grow monthly. The best advice I can give is to do your research..you need to decide what method or methods you want to earn with...and then find out about the programs...then set a monthly goal...then take steps EVERYDAY to reach that goal. Also it you are serious about earning online you need to have your own domain website/blog. This looks more professional. And you will be able to make your stand in the search engines. Also it is important to remember that there are no get rich programs...no miracle site. I also NEVER invest my money for an opportunity to earn. Sure I may upgrade or invest..but it is ALWAYS with the money the site has paid me. Just hang in there..you won't get rich overnight...but over time you can build a nice income.

Thanks...very encouraging...I would like to know more about what you do...I do a couple of things at home and online, but finding the method that works best for bringing in income is still something I need to work on...if you don't mind sharing some of the methods you chose....thanks...

Hi, I am an online writer and a blogger. What happened to me was like a reverse cycle. During my first three months when I joined a very good writing site, I was earning much but they changed their method of paying and I am earning just enough to pay my internet bill. I write for a few writing sites but you need to write so many articles before you can have a regular monthly pay. In one of my sites, I have written already more than one thousand articles, in one site- one hundred articles, in another 50, and in the others more than thirty. So this means that you have to write as many articles as you can in one day. When I started writing in 2008, I wrote like crazy and I could write as many as ten articles a day but I don't do that now because it is hard. I have also 3 blogs that I am trying to develop. I am not earning yet from my blogs. They are still struggling in the crowd of blogs online and I can't seem to place them on top no matter how hard I am trying but my rank is going up. If you can write then there are lots of writing sites that pay writers online. Many writers are earning good money writing. Good luck and look around some more, you can find your niche and be happy with it.

Thanks Masmasika, I like to write, but not enough to come up with new quality material that someone will enjoy reading...I'm in school and I hate writing research papers, but I always make A's on them...I guess because what I write comes from what I've research and from what I'm feeling in my heart about the subject of the paper....thanks again for your response...I will have to do some writing though eventually...keep writing...

Hi johnson and nancyo618, thanks to both of you. You are still very young and you have a long way to go. I love writing and if you are a writer, you can write anything about anything under the sun. I may not be a very good writer but I can write and make money writing online. If you love to write you will never get tired writing. But it is rewarded because of the joy of doing it and the extra bucks you get from writing. Good luck and happy mylotting.

Well, you go Manager...I wish...I just don't have the smarts or the experience to do so and besides I enjoy working from home....I don't really know if I'll be a good blogger though...I find it hard to compose something that people will comeback and read daily or continue to write new things...I think I'll run out of words...like I'm feeling in class right now...lol...thanks...

working from home is not a get rich quick scheme and that's what i discovered. i went through some trying times since i started in february of this year. I'm still not fully working from home, i still have a full time job. the income i am getting online is about 1/3 of what i make monthly. you can check out my blog with all the free information i have written about how to earn online. and what i did. basically i just had a goal and a number in mind i worked hard to get to where i wanted and then made another goal and another number it takes patience and determination and a lot of sharing information to everyone you meet on and offline to achieve something.
