Think of the last time you were REALLY angry

How did you react? How did the situation arise? I have heard that people have conflicts when two people have strong oppositional ideas/opinion about any particular matter. How did you feel when you were angry? How did your anger subside or dissipate and how long did it take? Did you apologize or did someone apologize to you? When I'm angry I usually need to go away for some time to cool down. One should never make decisions when angry, because they're brain is on angry mode and their decisions might be impulsive and might be the wrong one.

Actually, most of the time when you're deciding while angry, the decisions that you make are wrong. I also avoid making decisions when I'm influenced by my emotions but there are times when it couldn't be helped and you have to decide right away. Those are the times when you really need to take up all the calmness you have within you and use it while you decide. It's true that we don't have all the time in the world so we have to prepared for such circumstances.

just like you i need to step out or cool off somewhere else my anger usually stems from being disappointed on people good thing i learned how to meditate when i was younger and doing aikido, judo and karate meditation brings my anger down to a more manageable level and yeah decisions made when we're angry tends to always be a bad decision
