Heloo Kibagus, long time no see here or blog. Yes, i feel bored in front of laptop, so i decided to stop my activity on net. but now the spirit is back . i think you have good idea to weight lose.

i think they only work when you adapt to a healthy diet as well otherwise it doesn't work. I think now doctors can subscribe alli which absorbed the fat from your food so your body doesn't absorb it

hi OConnell87, thanks for your comment here. i think it depend on metabolism of our body to use that pills. it works in some person.
