why lots people are worshiping the image?

some people need something to focus on while worshipping, other people don't need anything...sometimes it can be apart of a tradition. every one who is religious has there own ways of doing things

do you know what a virus is? do you know what causes swine flu? or HIV and AIDS? .. But, the moment you see such ALERTS, you will walk away from them? WHY? .. it is because, .. THE alert in WORDS, IMAGES, statues, idols, etc.. indicate the THREAT behind, ..... if it is the case with diseases. similarly, .. religious statues, books, symbols, etc.. indicate the STRENGTH and PEACE that is behind ... Good luck with your belief system. hope is one such !!!!

I am not sure. I don't want to say it's a bad thing just because I feel like you should be able to worship your own. My religion says that you shouldn't worship false idols and to me that includes statues.
