well, it depend to milk you want to drink, if you have that chunks of fat in your body and love milk but don't want to get fat, use low/non-fat or skim milk, but if your skinny at want to pack some weight, any milk will do but remember 1-2 glass of milk a day is enough..

I drink 1% organic milk. I think that if you drink per say, one glass. You should be fine and on top of being just fine it has delicious and great nutrients....

you are right that milk is good for you and provides you with certain nurtients, if you drink it everyday and a normal amount (by that i mean the recommended allowance on the bottles) then no it will not make you fat, it would be better to drink skimmed or semi-skimmed rather than whole which is full fat milk

i think it depends on the age of a person. i just notice that at 35 mere banana shake for a couple of days (with a one small glass a day) can spell 4 lbs. increase in weight and mere withdrawal for it for just two days can mean those 4 lbs. melting away. try calcium tablets for the calcium. however, if you're on a diet and can stand only substituting milk for a meal then i guess it's okay. i know of one sexy grandma who survives only on milk and bread for breakfast with the next meal coming around in the afternoon around snack time.

I'm sure if you drink to much of it yes. You can get the same nutrients from other dairy products too. Its like anything else if you drink or eat to much of something it will make you eventually gain weight. Everything should be in moderation and smaller portions to prevent weight gain.

I'm not quite sure about that and if it's true that it was like that. Then for me it's a good news. Nowadays, I drink milk at least twice or thrice a day and I haven't checked my weight. Well, I'm somehow slim still and I don't really think that it was the side effect of too much milk
