Effectivity of South Beach Diet...

Been doing the south beach diet for almost a year now and the result is really a blast.. Though i stop it for 3 months back in the Philippines since the recipe ingredients are so expensive and just continue when I arrive here in Hong Kong last August 2009...I came here weighing 154 lbs and now I'm down to 130..South Beach is really effective but still depends on how much you want to lose weight since you can customize the recipe according to your taste...have you also tried south beach before? If so how much weight you lose? Feel free also to tell me your weight loss secret so I can try it =)

I think South Beach Diet is an effective and fast way to lose weight if you could maintain it. I have done it twice but I instantly gained weight once I stopped. On my first attempt, I lost 13 pounds for the two weeks, then lost another 2 pounds in one week. Then once I stopped, I gained back more than what I lost. Then I tried it again, and I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks, but gained again after. The part of maintaining the diet after, was really hard for me. I was young then and didn't have control. :D

right, good thing i have braces that makes me eat less :)..oh! hip hop abs is effective too..that is if your into some muscles flexing..;)

customizing according to your taste won't be effective..that is why i stop it when im in PI...
