travel loopholes getting into london.

i have a group of foriegn people coming to visit me in september and need to move them from Watford into the city to see the sites. we will drive at least as far as watford so we can drive furthur on. a travelcard from watford costs over £15 and times that by 8 for the whole group and it's too expensive. anyone know a better economical solution? thanks in advance
