hi any one know the best e-cuttrncy exchanger which is genuine and provide exchange between AlertPay & Liberty Reserve?

I know one but its complicated. I am adding you as friend and tell you what and how it works then you see if you want to use it. Here it costs 25% to convert liberty reserve to alertpay and vice versa (I think).

i dont know any but u can try paypal its quite good on internet payments
