How to cure muscle pain?

hey guys, does anyone know how to cure a muscle pain? I've been clicking hundreds of ads in ptc sites these past few days and my right elbow and arm has been hurting so badly...I click approximately 400 ads daily...please help...is there any easy remedy for this that I can just do at home.. thank you

If pain is so high then you can take some pain killer.
But batter you don't take the medicine. Do some hand exercise then your pain will be cure.

hi lady,
you give it a few hours rest and a little massage. place the arms on a pillow for support and put a warm bag underneath the arm.
also you can take pain reliever. 
if pain persists maybe you can see some doctor who can give you some medical advise on what to do.

Hi lady you may try applying warm compress to your aching muscle. If possible, give that arm a rest until it gets better. Skipping on a few online days wouldn't hurt much in the name of health.
If you want quick remedy you can opt for the pills. But if you want the more natural way, it will take some time.
