Whom do you consider an angel in disguise in your life?

We are surrounded by people who have different characters. Each one of them affect us in every little way. Some will affect us positively and some will do it negatively. For all those people who help us to improve more , we can consider them angels in disguise. We can see them as God's descendants who generously spread good things without asking anything in return. In your life, have you considered any specific person who seems to be an angel in disguise?

Hi annierose, about four or five years my husband and I became homeless and we were 3000 miles from home and no money. We met someone that helped us to get through it (She was homeless herself). when we finally got on our feet, we went back to the place that we would sleep at night and she was gone. so, we lost track of her. if it was not for her .........well I hate to think what would or could of happen to us living on the street in a very large city. Take care Snow

It was such a great experience having strangers treated us like they are not really strangers to us.I believe that no matter how many bad people surrounded us, there are still people who have pure heart who are willing to lend a helping hand without asking anything in return.Your post made me remember of "The Good Samaritan" who helped a person even that person was not Samaritan. In relating to our life now, I know that there are many Good Samaritans everywhere that we can consider angels in disguise.

Everyone is qualified to be an angels in our life. I believe that everyone has this good heart to help one another regardless of nationalities, gender, status in life, culture and age. Man is naturally a good being. I think some of them just lose their way because of the environment which forces them to do bad things.

What a lovely conversation!! It sure made me stop and take a moment to reflect on those in my life, past and present. Naturally my children and my dearest friends. I think very highly of my husband he is defiantly a gift from God. But my angel in disguise seems to be my youngest daughter. She is so humble and beautiful. My life was changed greatly when she came into this world. I view all my children as blessings but she has a different aura about her. She joined two families together and two hearts. But I also view people that just come into my life on a spontaneous journey as well. Like one time, I am not sure why I could not buy my groceries but I could not. I was getting ready to put everything back when the person behind me said no just bag her groceries. I was speechless. He said oh its okay, looks like you are buying healthy foods. And have a good one. Really humble man, but not one you might think outside of that to be such a gracious giver.

Thanks for the compliment ladygator. For me, we don't have to die and reach heaven just to see beautiful angels with their splendid beauties. In fact, even here on earth, we can find them. They are just ordinary people who walk in of our life: it can be a partner, a daughter, a friend, a teacher, a beggar, an ordinary man. Even a simple mylotter who struggles to earn a decent money online can somehow be figure out as an angel in disguise. They are God's instruments to show to us that it is a wonderful opportuniy to live in this planet earth. They are people who reminds us of our importance and why do we exist in this world. They are the one who lifts us up and keeps on bringing out the best in us.

It is very disappointing to learn that you are surrounded by people who have sleazy agendas.Well, I guess, somehow you still have good people around you that you just failed to notice. Sometimes, it is easy to give attention to those people who hurt us rather than those people who do nice things with us. Sad but true that most of the times, we focus on people who hurt us. We keep on brooding over for such bad experiences we got from them. However, we have to understand that no matter how those people hurt us, we must still think positive. Just imagine them as sandpapers who keep on hurting us in order for us to shine more.

One person is, and perhaps it sounds logical to you, but I call my girlfriend my angel. Since everything with her ends up with a big smile. She can always do those things, I even refer her as my angel in my text messages.

It is a sweet things for a man to say that his girlfriend is an angel. For us, girls, we tend to giggle when we know that the man whom we admire tells us this word.It just implies that you are very lucky to have such a girlfriend who can brighten your day. You are really fortunate. In fact, when we choose someone to love, choose a person not by his or her physical appearance. Rather, choose a person who can make you smile, because it is only a smile that can brighten one's gloomy day.

When you asked it, I don't know the answer. I met people who are very nice to me, and some are very rude and harassing. Sometimes most of the nice people around me do is smiling and listening to what I want to tell them. Often the not nice people around me do things that made me mad and made me want to retaliate. Once the chance was there, I had never did retaliate. Instead I thought how fortunate I was being given a trial to be more patient, to be able to reach this position I am now holding, to be given a chance to prove that I can do better. So, are the not nice people devils in disguise or angels in disguise?

I got your point there. Sometimes there are people who do criticize us trying to put us down. However, not all people fall on their wicked trap. People who have strong personalities cannot be down with criticisms. I often compare people like them to sand papers who keeps on scratching us. They scratch us to hurt us but they never know that what they are doing even make us become stronger. Steels that were scratched by sand papers, shine in the end. It is also same with people.

Yes, sometimes angel in disguise in our life is our enemy. Well, I guess, that saying: "you have to be cruel to be better" applies in here. Good luck.
