Is there PTC sites that offer cheap advertising (<$0.5 per 1000 click)? / myLot

I'm an owner of a site and I don't have much money and time. I want to promote my site and as it is a prety simple site, the time per visit need not to be long. (10 sec would be enough. The reader may read on if he or she are interested) Thus, I decide to use PTC as my way to promote it. Do anybody know if there are some cheap PTC sites that offer cheap advertising? It would be best if it is less than $0.5 per 1000 click. Readers can be from all around the world.
