Maybe you don't like your present job

Many people these days realize that they're lucky to have jobs. But for those who are bored out of their minds at work and know it's not the right time to make a job change. Many people experience dissatisfaction at their jobs. In fact, about 55 percent of workers are reportedly underemployed and not engaged at work, which involves having a job that does not fully utilize your skills. Underemployment isn't just about boredom; you can have a job where you are occupied all day. This phenomenon can sour your attitude and runs rampant through many workplaces. Do something engaging by taking up a hobby or spending time with people you enjoy. Many people use this time to moonlight doing work they enjoy, and some take that a step further and prepare to open their own business.

Yeah underemployment or lesser salary is now a part of corporate life the person who works fast and more may be paid lesser but the person who manages good people and does little work may be paid twice of him , or in the equivalent position the person may be paid more but doing less work

I love my job or the profession and field that I've chosen but suddenly, I feel like I'm no longer enjoying it because of the management and the people into it. I can't do my job well if I'm no longer happy but still I'm trying my best. Maybe I haven't found yet the company wherein I'll be working on it for a long period. But I don't want to be unemployed so I'm still staying. but right now, I'm still searching for a better opportunity and then will decide to leave my present company where I'm into.

I am a full time mom of 2 kids, and one on the way....I have to say I have he best job in the world as a full time mom but I have to say that the pay sucks... I use to work in the office field where I did accounting, and then I was also a legal assistant for a time as well....and even though I actually made a paycheck weekly I was not happy with those jobs....I love being a full time mom however the only money I make is now from my online earnings and some months I cant get on the computer as much as I would like and don't make payout which is disappointing. I have been earning online now for just over a year and some months I have done well and others I have barely made payout...but it is all in the time that I can get online. I hope you like what you are doing or working towards what it is you want to do....Happy Mylotting!!

It's not that I don't like my job, but I think I can do better on other things, apart from what I'm doing. It's a great job, although the pay is small, but atleast I have a job. I don't know how to move on from where I am, cause I don't know exactly what I want to do with my life, so for the moment, and since I'm still soul searching, I would stick with what I have, and be thankful that I have a job to go to everyday.

I love my job but its the management that I dont live about my job. I love what I'm doing cause I have this passion for teaching. There are just too many concerns about my job that its leading me to hate my workplace. I'm happy I have a job but I feel the need to look for another one.

Yeah where things stand currently, I would LOVE to have a job that I hated over not having a job at all. Things are really rough and I feel like anyone complaining about not liking their job is being ungrateful with the fact that they are lucky enough to actually have a source of income.
