What type of dinner is the one that just takes a person into a state of excitement over how prepared it was? What is the perfect meal?

im usually not that picky when it comes to preperation but a perfect meal for me if there is sinigang a sour soup that can be prepared with beef, pork, shrimp and vegetables. its one of my favorite but with this food im usually picky. Really looking for the perfect taste

A meal with a variety of foods is good because the complimentary foods make for a good meal, especially if one is having a meal with a trusted confidante or even if one is alone, such a meal can still be great.

I am not sure if there is such a thing as a perfect meal, but for me, a perfect meal is a well balanced meal that is satisfying and delicious. :)

Having a meal with a set of friends and in a wonderful atmosphere (perhaps a friend's house or a nice restaurant) is a great thing. If the food has beenn adequately prepared and there is wonderful conversation taking place, then this is definitely a wonderful meal and should be celebrated.

Good nutrition is vital to a strong and healthy mind and body. It's true what they say - you are what you eat. On the other hand, if you nourish your body with food that is packed with nutrients such as vitamins, fiber, healthy fats, whole grains and omega 3's, you'll notice a huge difference in how you look and feel.
