When you're feeling down.

When you're feeling down, upset about something, or just not in a good mood, what is the one thing that can cheer you up, and make you forget your problems? For me its when my wife smiles. It doesn't matter how upset I am, or what has happened. When I see her smile it makes everything go away. Like nothing matters. It just melts me.

What kind of music do you prefer to listen to when you're not in a good mood? A little sleep does make things better.

how much i envy you!! i wish i would have someone to rely on someday~~to me he is like your wife to you,he can give me comfort when i feel down,so i don't need to be alone and choose sleeping as the only way to escape from pressure.

I've been there before. Before I met my wife, I was alone, and had no way to deal with my problems. I would just sleep. But then I learned that you can't sleep away your problems. They're still there, growing. But its so hard to make things right, to reach a level of content when you have no one to believe in you. So for awhile I struggled alone. Me against the world. Then I met my wife, and she showed me that there is good out there. And she believed in me. Then I married her. Don't envy me. Everything isn't roses yet. I'm only at the beginning. I still have a long hard way to go. It just gives me comfort knowing I have someone by my side.

Good good. You have to try. If you don't then you'll always wonder what would have happened. I wish you the best of luck.

thanks for your encourage~ it's nice to hear from you that"everything isn't roses yet" actually now i have someone with whom i had ffall in love, but i'm not sure weather this "someone" likes me.it's frustrated, but can light up my courage to face troubles and give me support.when i feel depressed or weak,i will think of him and tell myself to be brave to achieve the goals.so that i can match him and be his "someone" someday~ i will cheer up and try my best to reach his heart,at the same time, that's a survival to myself.

In times when everything seems bad for me I prefer to look at my baby. Specially when he slept. Just to beside him and put my eyes on him I feel that my problems go away for the moment. I feel on a peaceful situation.

The innocence and peacefulness of a young child is always calming. It makes you think "Here is someone that will be different."

It is normal that a person will feel down once in a while. There are ups and downs in the life of every person. One good thing you can do at this time is to think about that good things happened in your life and thank god. There are problems in the life of each and everyperson in this world, but they are managing it. God give us hard times, but it doesn't mean that you won't have good times. Also, failure is the stepping stone of success. If you are going through hard times, think that good time is nearby.

"Every dark cloud has a silver lining." "You can't get diamonds without a little coal." You're very right. Things happen. Sometimes bad. But those bad things will eventually lead us to something good. There may be good all around, you just don't notice it. When you're upset cause nothing is going right, just stop and really think about what you do have. I have my wife. She's the greatest thing in my life. I'm don't have lots of money, or anything really to call my own, but she makes me feel rich.

Its so weird how animals know these things. There's the cats around here that sit near me, but they don't really like to be touched. You know how cats are. Snobby. But when I'm in a bad mood they come up, and sit in my lap, and rub on me. Its like they're trying to make me feel better. No clue how they could possibly know anything is wrong.

Our animals always make me feel better, they are so constant, offering love whatever mood I am in and that always makes me feel special and calm.. I'm very lucky with my husband too, he hates to see me feeling a little down and will generally try to do something funny to make me smile and shake me out of it

If someone loves you, they don't want to see you suffer. Whether its pain, sickness, or being upset. I know when my wife seems upset about something I just can't take it. I'm use to seeing her cheery, and smiling. But everyone has their bad days. When I see her like that I'm going to try my best to cheer her up. She does the same for me as well. Even if you think it's not working, or the other person isn't responding it is. I know at times I am so upset that I just can't respond, but inside I am smiling cause she's taking the time to try to make me feel better.
