Did you hear about this news? Google allegedly has been having it's Street View cars collecting data from houses with unsecured wifi for 3 years or more and have just been caught now by the government! They say it was accidental, a minor programming glitch they did in the early years of development that was never corrected. They also say that they will delete all this data they have illegally collected, but I too, have said that before. I never did so. I personally don't believe this. I think they have been consciously collecting data anyway they can around the world and this is just one of their tools. This is bad for Google, their business is based on trust. We all use it almost everyday and for almost everything. Now, does this affect your perception of Google? Or do you feel indifferent and just trust them enough with your info?
