That is very true.While we get appreciation for our work we get inspired.We feel that we should do all the work more carefully.And same way we should admire others for their great deed.
I am a firm believer in the fact that people respond far better to praise than critisism.
This is seen very much when dealing with children praise always spurs them on!!
