Jason Derulo - In my head

The song is catchy and definitely very radio friendly, but it's also a rip-off of Lady GaGa's song "Just Dance." I noticed it the very first time I heard it that the melody to the chorus is pretty much the exact same and that if you were to remove his lyrics to the chorus of "In My Head" and sing the chorus to "Just Dance" instead, it fits within the music perfectly because it is the same melody. I'm surprised that more people haven't picked up on this and made a deal about it because normally this type of thing causes a lot of controversy.
