my computer sound is gone

my laptop sound has stop since last night. I did all the trouble shoots but couldnt rectify my trouble please help...

First check that the volume is not all down or muted, and if the absence of sound is in all software. If the sound still not working, try to reinstall the audio card driver, for sure this can resolve the problem... Regards.

Bro, I checked and even took all the necessary troubleshoots... I found that the provider of my sound driver is Analog Devices....I try to download a driver for my card...but the driver did not work....I still doubt its not the real driver... the name of the device is SoundMAX Digital Audio device ID: PCI\VEN_8086DEV_24C5SUBSYS_05371014REV_0 manufacturer ID: 65535 Product ID 65535 Type" WDM

Sometimes is a little difficult to find the right driver, you can visit the manufacturer page of your laptop and search there to find the right driver according with your laptop model...
