just 1 or 2 lbs...

my husband is coming back next week. tuesday to be exact. it is wednesday night now. i have roughly 5 days. i am not really asking much. just 1-2 lbs off. i am still 14 lbs overweight. but losing 2 lbs in 5 days is not impossible for me. as long as i stick to a plan. i can even lose as much as 4 lbs if i really want to. for now, i am fasting, so i only eat two meals, and i maintain my meals. i also started walking up and down the stairs after meals. so okay. i hope to be able to keep this up...till my husband arrives...and then be able to do it some more, so that i will go back to my pre pregnancy weight. i dont starve myself. i just control what i eat. and then i move around much. hopefully, i can do this. aaahhh...for my sake. but well, i am doing it now for my husband. it is something i can do...then i know he will really be happy for me. not because i have lost weight for him, but because i have achieved something for myself. it makes him happy. take care all and God bless you1 "D

Fasting will only lead you to have cravings. To loose weight you need to be eating regularly to speed up your metabolism. Just eat less at meal times and eat more of the right foods. Lower your carb intake and get some good cardio workouts.

i did that before and my friends say it was an unhealthy thing to do. but being so incorrigible, i did not heed them. anyway, nothing happened to that crash diet because I gave in to my cravings. but now, I'm trying to have a healthy diet. let me just share something i read from the net. if you want to lose wait fast, just have coffee in the morning and a regular meal during lunch. just eat bread (1 pc. of loaf) in the evening. i tell you, this is really difficult. for exercise, you can do taebo. video clips on taebo by billy blanks is available in the youtube. you can choose from 5-minute exercise, 8-minute or 30-minute exercise. this is really fulfilling especially when you feel you are losing weight.

well I think you can do some house chores, I just notice after clean up our house, washing cloths I'm so sweaty its like I've been in a 5k run, well I guess doing those chores plus the el niƱo in our country result that.
