earning money online with photographs

hey guys I'm new to mylot and online earning. I've always been a keen photographer and writer but yet to make money from it. Can anyone tell me if they've managed to earn money online from their photographs and how? I'm posting one of my photos here just to brighten up the page.

I know a site where it says share your photos to get paid for, I also got a friend who is using the site and till now he is earning, he says it takes time to earn but it is a sure one, PM me if you want to have more details.
