Bad experiences that you have had with customer service.

A customer service representative.  - I just know someone like this guy is on the other end of the phone when I am dealing with customer service.

There are times where you have to call up customer service to resolve a problem. A lot of the time it goes smoothly enough. I am sure many will disagree but there are no complaints a lot of the time. Still, there are many times where you were dealing with some real winners on the other end of the line. I am sure that there are many stories from the other side, about how customer service people had to deal with some interesting people and had to keep their patience. After all, the customer is always right, even if he is a complete numbskull. Still, this is about you calling customer service and the headaches that come along with it. There is nothing like going about seven people and an hour of my life to resolve a billing issue, to find out that I have to go to the website to get the problem resolved and send an e-mail. Then when I get an e-mail, they inform me that that I have to call the number that just told me to send the e-mail. So do you have any customer service horror stories?
