You have my complete agreement there,persistent fans,remember reading about it last year ,vaguely about voting done in blocks,1 person kud in theory cast their votes ten times or more,which is how Kris allen won the title.on a personal note,i think winning or not to Crystal bowersox is a moot point,she has generated so much attention to her style that title or no title she is here to stay and charm the Sox of her new legion of fans.Probably after a year nobodys gonna remember who was idol of 2010 but everyone will know who Crystal bowersox is.

yeah, I wouldn't worry about Crystal at all, she will probably be a huge success on her own merits.

Well,if i had a stake in the voting of Adam lambert or Kris allen last year,dont think it wud have mattered one bit whether they got inflated egos or not, talent is talent and if measured in those terms,Adam Lambert is a shoulder above Kris,not saying Kris isnt any good just not on same measure as Adam, in terms of flamboyance,presence and entertaining factor.That added in your face oomph factor he posseses,so visible and is what singles them out as a natural performer.but i guess based on your response the criteria isnt as straightforward as who is the better all around performer, voters opinions or fickle sentiments does have a contributory part.Guess the voting public isnt stupid,just unforgiving and opinionated.As with Crystal and Lee,both strong performers,to me its seems so ironic that what i interpret as a boosted confidence in crystal's progress as she goes from strength to strength is seen as,like you phrased it,''so full of herself'' yup,that basically sums up the personalities of most of the celebrities in showbiz or La La land,goes to show doesnt it? Perceptions contrast so much in us different persons. Personally ,there are good and bad hair days,but with Crystal,i will forgive her everything with just that so evocative heartfelt performances at the final.
