I dont run deepfreeze for my PC/Laptop, but I have a norton ghost for my backup. Sometimes I need to change my setting, both windows and program I used, and deepfreeze will not save my new settings. Currently, I install AVG free edition and windows defender. When trouble comes to them and I cant fix it, I run my norton ghost. It reduce the time.

If you are concern with protecting your laptop from malicious software, I suggest you use Symantec Endpoint Protection. It's the one I am using right now. It has three layers of protection: First, the antivirus and antispyware protection; second, the Proactive threat protection that provides protection against unknown threats; and third (last), Network Threat Protection that thwart off malicious traffic and malicious attacks. This is the best I know. By the way, Yahoo is using Norton, which is also from Symantec.
