I have a 6' wire fence right round our 1000 sq. meter lot in Davao. I thought it would be a good idea to grow some sort of fruit vine on this fence and so make it productive. Is bitter gourd suitable do you think or would there be something better. Ideally it would be a high yielding fruit that has a good market value. What do you reckon.

bitter gourd is a vege...it's a good idea to plant bitter gourd because filipinos use that in many dishes. there are still many products that use bitter gourd like we already have that in vitamins and medicine, tea and coffee.

It is a good idea to plant bitter gourd or ampalaya because it is use now as medicine for diabetes and you can sell it on the market. It is also good to plant patola, sitaw or any kind of vine vegetables.
