Tipping: Are you tipping when you are out for dinner?

Dutch people always give a very small amount.
Do you think 10% is reasonable?

well, in the US you're supposed to tip 15% but i usually leave closer to 20% cause im just nice like that. i dont really go out to eat much here in the netherlands, but, if i go to a nice place, i usually leave about 10%. otherwise, if im just having drinks with some friends, i leave about a euro or so.
