Maybe your toes smell like food? HAHA Kidding aside, Kittens love playing. they think your toes are play things. When they see anything protruding and moving, they think it's a toy for them to play with. Try letting you kitten know that you don't like it by scolding her, then buy her a toy that she could play with :)

ooo i had that problem too lol when my cat was smaller if always got 'wild' when night came down it was so bad that i had to hide in the couch when night came. anyone that was walking or had their feet on the ground was attacked. the only way we got out of this is because the cat evenually grew out of it

Aw, my kitty does that too sometimes. I've been told it basically means they just want to play. Kittens have so much energy and because they've become house animals they don't get to let go of all that wild energy they have bottled up inside of them, so when they see you walking around, your toes/feet can get them riled up because to them your feet look like a toy haha. Playing with the kitten more often may help her release some of her energy, and giving her toys and stuff can help, too.
