My husband absolutely loves cheescake. I wanted to surprise him with one (the one and only time I have tried this) so I got online and found what was supposed to be the reciepe for the cheesecake factory cheesecake. I followed all the instructions to a tee and mixed the ingredients and baked it, let it sit a couple hours and then placed it in the fridge. When my husband got home from work I fixed his dinner he ate and then I surprised him with this cheesecake I spent all day making. He tasted it and I could automatically tell he was not very impressed. He ate it and was nice and told me that it tasted good but that he was just really full from dinner and I said o.k. but later that night and the next day I was offering it to him and he wasnt wanting any so I told him to be honest with me and just tell me that he didnt like it so he told me and started asking me ?'s about how I cooked it and such and I gave him the reciepe and he said that he had never heard of one that you put in the oven and he thought maybe that was why he didnt really care for it. So I am looking for an awesome no bake cheesecake reciepe that I can use to make up for that one!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I HAVE TO SHOW HIM THAT I CAN MAKE A CHEESECAKE THAT HE WILL LIKE!!!

Well I do not know if I can help because the recipes that I know that does not include baking are not cheesecakes but are really good cakes. The Mango Float recipe is one of my highest rating recipe so you might want to try this one if you like: http://notecook.com/soup/mango-float/ Or you can try this sansrival if you like: http://notecook.com/main-course/dairy/grahams-sansrival/ I really hope this can help.
