How to make employer hire you?

The best and only way is to sell your skills. When you go into an interview it is the only chance you are going to get for that job position. So you must be ready for all questions and answer them as best as you can. If you have all your ducks in a row and the company does not hire you, then perhaps this is not a company you want to work for anyways. Realistically the more interviews you go to the sharper your skill for interviewing gets. Good luck with that.
