What do you think of Beijing's anti-rabies campaign?

I think it's terrible! These poor stray dogs are being beaten to death by the Beijing police because of a rabies scare! Now they are limiting people to 1 dog per household, so people are scared they will lose their pets! This is disgusting! What are your thoughts on this?

I don't think it's any government's right to decide what a citizen can have or not have.....it's like the government telling you to only have one child. It's wrong. Maybe they should be handing out rabies vaccinations instead!
