do you have the same problem?

You see I have a number of blogs, some of them I update quite regularly, while some aren't. I have two blogs that I update regularly and I am so pissed off to find comments in scripts that look like Chinese characters. It's always like this, almost everyday, I always see comments in what seem like Chinese writings. I do not know how this has happened and what this means. Do you have the same problem? What do you think do these unintelligible comments mean? What happens if I click and publish such comments? I hope one of you can enlighten me on this matter. I am really confused and angered a lot of times.
