This is a poem I wrote back in 2002. I was awarded by poetry (dot)com for this poem, and it was published in one of their books. This poem States what you need to know about me, without making it hard to understand. It is very blunt and to the point. I hope you enjoy it and can maybe use it in your own life somewhere. Treasure those who guard you, Who bear your blood as your strength. Protect the from danger, and cherish them as your own. For without them, you are naked before the sun, helpless before your enemies.
