I learnt Yoga training in 1995, From that day, i m teaching it.Councelling people. But, nowadays I feel that people want Health very fast.....but they donot know how it is possible? Actually, the time taken for them to develop the problem, for which they r doing yoga, the recovery will also take atleast sometime correspondinly.......who tells them? But, I m carring my job of gratifying everyone doing yoga. Atleast people will continue the yogapractise....isnt it? Oocouse , Yoga surely reduce their problems, but it is not a one-two day process.

One of the things I love is the spirituality of it. To look at the results but also release the thoughts of expecting and tieing oneself to those results. I think people just always want the quickest path, but yoga actually teaches that one of the greatest attributes you can possess is patience. Patience to let things flow into your life as the universe sees fit.

You are right. But most people confuse yoga with Yogasanas. And they are freightened of the extreme pose of Yogasanas that is possible for experts alone. But yoga includes breathing exercises and some simple movements for all the body parts.People like you should bring awareness amidst the crowd.
