Can I be a game freak and live a full and healthy life without being affected by my exposure to the TV Screen, or my Monitor waves from Computer monitor. I play games and watch TV a lot. can I continue like this without any side effects.

I am also addicted to gaming and in my opinion if you would like to do something better than play games you should really start reducing slowly the amount of gaming time as this will have multiple effects. I Used to play Call Of Duty 4 for 8 hours a day with coffee breaks and also train football(soccer) after few months I started to realize how much it was effecting me. Doctors at football training told me gaming was reducing my reflexes temporarily and said that extensive amount of time gaming will effect also your brain. I was than motivated to stop gaming as I wanted my football career to continue and in a month I managed to stop all online gaming and now i will only play 2hours a week of single player. Take care of yourselves be reasonable :)
