new approach to life ...

The approach is [B]"LESS IS MORE"[/B].I read this approach of life in a book. According to the author of the book,the life should be aimed at less things and we should feel happy with what we have accomplished.She says try to do only 3 most important things that you want to do per day.And after feel "I did a lot" and enjoy.Feeling like that according to her makes us stress free. What do u think about of approach? Do u agree with the approach or go the other way "MORE IS LESS"?

Yes - this is called a planned life.Because of our unwanted and more desires we attempt to several things in life and there will be no progress but the final result will be a great failure. Hence,plan and do things in a systematic way and see your results at the end of the day -you are bound to be happy and relaxed. What you read is correct.
