Okay, people told me that if I felt like was I ripped off from a certain business, or I was treated unfairly from a business, I should report it to the BBB.org, or Better Business Bureau. Once I felt that I was treated unfairly from Discover Card, I file a complaint on BBB.org, and they did an investigation. Later, they sent me an email that they try to contact Discover Card, but they refuse to comment. So, I just wonder what is the purpose of this organization for? How can they help us?

All complaints that are filed against a company with the BBB show on a file. So the way they help you is, if you are thinking about using a buisness for a certain reason then you could go to the BBB to see if others had a good experience with that company or if complaints have been filed. Often when the BBB investigates the company will do whatever necessary to resolve the issue because they do not want to have bad marks with the BBB.

I hope that is the case. Otherwise, this BBB.org just disappoint most of us here. Anyway, I check this website, and they do giving some wise advise for general public. It is good to check it out.
