Here are some fat tactics: 1. Eat when you're bored 2. Instead of using butter or oil use bacon fat. If you use maple bacon it'll even give your food a hint of maple. =) This is what my friend showed me this past weekend. 3. In a buffet to get your money's worth eat and eat and take a nap and then eat again when you wake up 4. Also at a buffet eat and eat and then go poo, so that you have more room to eat. 5. Don't starve yourself before a buffet. If you don't eat, your stomach actually temporarily shrinks and you won't be able to eat as much. 6. When people tell you stop eating, say to yourself, "Well I was gonna stop just now but now that you said that I'm going to keep on eating" ~cousin Justin 7. "The unhealthier it is, the better it tastes" ~my brother 8. "Don't let others waste food, kindly finish it for them on the grounds that 'it's bad to waste food'" ~brother Erik 9. "Better to overeat than undereat" ~brother Erik 10. Eat, poop, sleep, repEAT. Feel free to add to my list if you want to. =)

Nice tips. I personally love food. It's hard to go to the bathroom after every time you eat, especially if you eat like every 10 minutes. LOL I do eat when I'm bored too. It helps me stay entertained. LOL

That is true I forgot that people who try to lose weight eat more meals that are separated throughout the day. I forgot number 11. Eat a lot right before you sleep, because that's when one's metabolism is lowered, instead of eating throughout the day. Eating every ten minutes makes you eat smaller portions which is actually good for you! =)

Yes, I know it is good for me, I can tell by how bad it tastes. I tell people that all the time. I also tell them, it won't be good for you, trust me, it tastes too good. I have troubles when it comes to tasty fruits like Mangoes...Tastes good, and is good for you, it boggles my mind. But, hey, be sure to not get too much exercise, because then you burn up all them precious calories, and you need those calories to have the energy to eat more, so get lots of rest and save all your energy for eating iced cream.

wow..that is true and interesting..usually people will use reason number 8..hehe..like it is bad to waste food so eat others who cannot finish their foods.. eating like there's no tomorrow sure is sick and not good..
