Who do you think will be declared?

For almost a month now that there's no news about who will be declared as Vise President of the Philippines, the news is always about Noynoy Aquino, but it's silent regarding the vise president. Who do you think will be declared? for me I will go for Jejomar Binay.

I choose jejomar binay. I believe in his capability to do his job as vice president.
