NEOBUX: Another User use your ip address PLease Help

Good day may i ask why is that neobux is saying that another user is using the ip address of mine while i just made my account two days ago and i haven't told anyone that i have account in neobux how was that what is the problem thanks a lot.

most probably, your internet service provider (ISP) is using shared dynamic IPs so your IP at the moment might be belong to the user before or after you

contact your ISP and ask for static IP address if they can't provide it, try to change the ISP with one that provide statistic IP or less shared dynamic IPs (usually cost more)

well it really does depends on multiple factors depends on if someone in your house hold has an account and is using it or is someone stealing your interenet and using there neobux account there as well. If you wanna stop this from happening i suggest either getting a new ip address some how or something like talk to someone in your house hold

you're internet service provider is using dynamic ip or shared one so most likely you'll have a shared ip in neobux but if your isp is in dynamic ip most likely it can still be solve by restarting your router/modem and you;ll change your ip and get a new one then just login again in neobux.
