Hoverboard - New Break Through

I am sure if you are a fan of the movie sequel Back To The Future which stars Michael J. Fox, you would definitely marvel all those inventions and gadgets. In the sequel, Back To The Future II, you will recall Michael J. Fox made a getaway with one of those invented gadgets - Hoverboard and I could just remember marveling and comfort myself that it only exist in the fiction world. Well, thanks to modern science and technology, the Hoverboard is a step close to becoming a reality. Currently, Nils Guadagnin's Hoverboard can only support a little weight and can only move up and down, but it is the closest yet to a real-life version of the famous prop. Mr Guadagnin now plans to develop a stronger version and to build a track to allow people to skate along in mid-air. It is certainly progress as far as this technology and gadget is concern and I am so eager for it to be a success. Just shows how infinite and unlimited science and technology can be. That's actually really cool! Now if only it could hold humans and there were magnets everywhere to use it with :D Also reminds me of the "Uglies" series by Scott Westerfeld

lgendrot, Well, at least now we know that the Hoverboard is no long a fantasy and with today's progress, I am sure it won't be long before we see it carry heavier weights and people even.
