You can download a torrent application and find torrents for specific shows. Ovguide is an easy tv show/movie search engine. I use tvshack pretty regularly too. For live/streaming feeds, I've been using veetle a lot lately. You have to download an application for it to work, but it's quick and really worth it. They sometimes do live streams of certain channels (espn, fox, cnn, etc).
