Michael should have been able to get a court order

With all the evidence that they had, and considering Victor's influence over some judges, Michael should have easily been able to get a court to dig up the grave and have tests done. He has the right to build a case just like the DA does and the DA can't stop him if he has the amount of evidence that they had. So many stupid plot lines and characters behaving stupid.

I was thinking the same thing. Also, why does it seemlike everyone is againt the Newmans. I know Nick did not kill Adam. I hsve a feeling that the man in the grave is the man who got Adam's bone marrow. If I am right, I feel sorry for the little boy.

Adam could walk into the DA's office and confess and he still wouldn't believe that Nick didn't kill him!
