Traffic Swarm, Any Good

Just joined Traffic Swarm to try and get some free traffic. Has anyone tried it and if so, does it work. Do you get any positive results from the hits.

Traffic swarm is a traffic exchange site. So it has the limitations of all traffic exchange sites which is the majority of people surfing are surfing for credits and not likely to convert.
Having said that there are websites on line that your profile is ranked according to number of visits. So for webpages like that, traffic swarm could be useful
