How can I get rid of my Insomia??

Urgghh .. I hate insomia ever ! Imagine I almost sleep 3am .. Whatever I do I really can't sleep at earlier time .. Is there any suggestion what to do ?? I even read books like that but still : Omy ! and with that my eyebags become darker !! hahaha .. I hate it , it makes me ugly : hahaha ! Help me what to do Please ..

Try to have a warm bath before going to bed, it helps me to have a fresh and good night sleep.

For me drinking a glass of milk usually does the trick. You could try that. I also condition my mind to dream of something so that I will fall asleep. Just think of something you want, something you really like to dream about and just focus your mind to that. Don't worry your eye bags don't make you look ugly, I know someone with even larger eye bags and she look amazingly pretty.

Most of all you need your determination. Determination done half part of any deed. Sleeping is utmost necessity of the body. Sleepless night can ruin your body. So you need to determined yourself to sleep in proper time. You can take help of meditation and exercise. Most of all you need to create the habit of sleeping. Try to sleep earlier slowly. Like try to seep in 2 am.... 1 am .... so on . Thus you need to make the habit to sleep in proper time.

some tips to avoid insomnia and how to cope: 1. Avoid drinking coffee or any caffeinated foods and beverages from the afternoon until the evening before bed. Caffeine can stimulate the nerves so that you become difficult to sleep 2. Avoid other activities in bed that had nothing to do with sleep, such as eating or working. Use the bed only for sleeping. It is useful to make you get used to that when in bed then it was time to sleep. 3. a warm bath before bed 4. imagine something "beautiful" 5. listening to the radio to sleep 6. wiggle your toes try some of the above tips, good luck!
