Neobux Accout Suspended

I have a Neobux problem and it states that(when I logged in), "Your account has been suspended. One or more transactions where refunded or put on hold. Either you refunded the transactions or the payment processor did it. If this is not your fault, please feel free to contact us." When I click the "contact us" link, it puts me right back at their homepage. I can't send support ticket to address my problem. I've also emailed them(support@neobux.com) and the email states: "You've sent an email to an unmonitored email address." Are there any alternative ways to contact them? Thanks in advance.

I also had a problem with Neo at the beginning. I wrote one ticket on account of a referral. They were very understanding . I was forgiven but...I promised I will not make "mistakes"

Thats a strange thing thats happened to you. I've heard from everyone that neobux is a very genune and paying site so i dont think it will be a scam happening to you. Just try to contact them through some friend who is a member there or let me know and i'll check my account and give you their contact info from there.
